  • Zumba

    We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

    A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

  • SilverSneakers Fitness

    These workouts include fall prevention drills and exercises to improve strength and endurance. Alternate upper-body strength work with low-impact cardio to maximize fitness benefits.

  • Barre

    Barre is a hybrid fitness routine that utilizes movements and positions from dance, pilates, yoga and functional strength training with a focus on optimal alignment and posture to improve balance, coordination, stability, strength, and overall function.

    Level: Intermediate. All Levels welcome, as modifications are given!

  • Power Camp (Low Impact Boot Camp)

    Enhance your overall fitness with a program tailored for all ability levels. This low-impact class emphasizes cardiovascular health, muscular strength, balance, and agility through carefully structured exercises. Each session is designed to challenge participants while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. The result is an effective training experience that promotes both physical wellness and long-term sustainability.

    Level: Intermediate. All Levels welcome, as modifications are given!

  • The Work (Yoga)

    A gently heated continuous breath-to-movement flow blending cardio, strength, balance and flexibility to create a full mental, physical and spiritual challenge.  Thoughtful alignment cues and accessible modifications are offered for all levels, set to an inspiring variety of music, and concluding with a deep, well-deserved relaxation.

  • The Flex (Yoga)

    A gently heated, buttery stretch that unfolds like a glass of fine wine.  Set to soft, serene music, this grounded and intentional practice moves slowly and mindfully.  Ideal for seasoned yoga practitioners, athletes, runners, seniors, kids - anyone seeking deep opening of muscle groups stimulation of the digestive system and a quieting to the overstimulated mind.
