  • Zumba

    We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

    A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

  • SilverSneakers Fitness

    These workouts include fall prevention drills and exercises to improve strength and endurance. Alternate upper-body strength work with low-impact cardio to maximize fitness benefits.

  • Barre

    Barre is a hybrid fitness routine that utilizes movements and positions from dance, pilates, yoga and functional strength training with a focus on optimal alignment and posture to improve balance, coordination, stability, strength, and overall function.

  • Base Camp (Low Impact Boot Camp)

    Gain more strength and stamina! Designed to challenge your body without the impact of a traditional boot camp. Training areas include cardio, balance, strength, and agility. The safe, low-impact activities are appropriate for all ability levels in a fun, social atmosphere.

  • Mat Pilates

    Build core strength, flexibility, and agility through a series of lying and standing positions. Improve your alignment and learn proper breathing techniques while toning your upper and lower body. Good for all levels, but must be able to get on and off the floor unassisted.
