Sean Casey

While attending college at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Sean interned as a strength coach with the UW-Badgers Strength and Conditioning Department. Sean also spent time interning at the International Performance Institute in Bradenton, FL where he had the opportunity to assist with the USA U-18 National Men's Soccer team. To culminate his apprenticeship process, he became a physical preparation specialist at EXOS (Athletes Performance Institute).

Sean has had the opportunity to train amateur and elite athletes from a variety of sports (football, soccer, baseball, golf, tennis, and basketball). Sean has traveled extensively through both North America as well as Europe and Asia with clients seeking his service.

Sean’s applied experience has been complemented with classroom studies. Graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with degrees in both Nutritional Science-Dietetics and Kinesiology-Exercise Physiology; he earned the highest academic honors in the process. Post University, he completed a dietetic internship with the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. 

Complementing Sean's knowledge of sports nutrition is an extensive background on the proactive health front where he heads up the science team for Hometown Pharmacy. His goal is to help people get OFF medications (safely) or prevent them from ever needing them in the first place through lifestyle intervention.
