“Really love that at ESA they focus on Fastpitch Softball as a primary instead of a secondary to Baseball.”

“I have grown on and off the field this year thanks to ESA. My coaches not only focused on helping me grow my offensive and defensive skills but also helped sharpen my softball IQ and showed me what it looks like to be mentally tough. I could tell my coaches cared about me on and off the field which made me feel important to not only them but the organization. My teammates were amazing too, I honestly couldn’t ask for a better group of girls to play ball with! Thanks for making my year amazing Ethic!”

“We love the opportunity that the girls have to work with different coaches like Bella, Taylor, and all the other trainers to help build skills. The facility is top notch and it is so outstanding to be able to practice and play on full field's year round. With a daughter who wants to play in high school and college this is the perfect next step to continue improving.”

We are new to ESA this year and what they have to offer with position training, strength and conditioning is fantastic. Offering metrics testing and tasking the players with goals has helped with accountability and we have seen improvements in our daughters overall strength, throwing, running and knowledge.

“Love the overall feel of the whole program. Bella as a director does an amazing job, and has a vision on where she would like to see the program go. The fall/winter training schedule is great and really provides the training needed for girls who are committed to playing softball.”

Coming from a different organization makes you appreciate ESA even more and want to promote as a privilege. Schedule done early so to figure out following year family vacations, communication done quickly on any questions, and players and parents quickly become a true family experience.

“Joining the ESA program is the best decision that I ever made for my softball career. With so many coaches and people affiliated with the program there is always someone ready to help. Through this program I have grown in my softball skills, leadership skills and made friends that will last a lifetime. The lessons and classes that ESA offers are truly so helpful to improving as a player. All of the coaches are in it for the players' best interest and it is such a good environment that is always helping me to improve.”

- Jaycie

Ethic softball is just that - a place to foster positive attitudes and team ethic in these young ladies. Our daughters’ teams have created a family environment and the off season feels more like a “punishment” versus going to practices, training, and games. The coaches set an expectation for families that we will be known as a class act rather than a bunch of hotheads on the sidelines. They have further developed their skills and they have fun while doing it. We can’t wait for the spring and summer season to begin!

- Rachael

“We have had a lot of fun! The girls/families on the team have been great! The girls challenge each other and are very supportive through both the good and the bad. My daughter loves her team and being in the organization. We are excited to see what the future brings!”

- James

“After belonging to other organizations, ESA truly is a program dedicated to softball, and not an afterthought as most other clubs are dominated by baseball. Great instructors as well for extra lessons all under one roof.”
