  • Matt Gifford

    Matt has served NFL, MLB, NHL, UFC, Euro League & Olympic Sport athletes. He has led thousands of area youth, high school, and collegiate athletes & teams since 2009. “Coach Giff” graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with an Exercise Science degree & a minor in Coaching. He started at wide receiver for the 2007 D3 National Championship Warhawk football team. In 2005, he was an All-State Selection & Captain of the State Championship football team at Waukesha West High. Matt holds certifications through: NSCA (C.S.C.S), USA Track & Field (Level 1), Pain Free Performance & R.P.R. He is a consultant to various organizations and speaks yearly for local and national sports performance summits. Matt’s faith & family are core to his life. He & his wife Abby reside in Muskego with their two daughters, Skylar, and Lila.

  • Kyle Sensiba

    Kyle has been involved in strength & conditioning for nearly a decade. He graduated from Pewaukee High School in 2011, and was involved in sports year-round. Being involved in sports through high school sparked an interest in sports performance and general health & wellness. He carried that interest to UW-La Crosse, earning an Exercise & Sports Science degree in 2016. During his time there, he was heavily involved in Olympic weightlifting, competing in several local competitions while in school. Kyle is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, as well as a Level 1 Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting. Maintaining an active lifestyle has always been important for Kyle, often spending free time outdoors and/or with family & friends. Married in 2021, Kyle & his wife Jordan live in Greendale with their dog Archie.

  • Courtney Englund

    Courtney graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Concordia University Wisconsin with a minor in athlete coaching. She is C.S.C.S. certified through the NSCA and has taken every opportunity she could to gain experience and develop her knowledge and skills of sports performance and coaching. She is now back in school working towards her master’s degree in Kinesiology from UW-Milwaukee. She loves training athletes and has coached high school and club volleyball, and high school basketball for the past few years. She desires to assist athletes in separating themselves from their competition, give them confidence in their abilities, and tools to succeed.

  • Conor Penneau

    Conor graduated from Carroll University with his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Master’s in Sports Physiology and Sports Performance. Conor is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. He completed internships with E.S.P. & University of Tennessee athletics. Throughout high school he was involved in soccer, basketball, football, and tennis. He continued to play soccer at Carroll University and still plays in leagues around the area now. He is very passionate about developing athletes both mentally and physically and giving them the keys they need to succeed and completely unlock their potential.

  • Jude Dobrinska

    Jude graduated from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor's in health and human performance & a minor in Coaching. Jude completed internships with E.S.P. & UW-Whitewater where she primarily worked with the Swim & Dive Team and Football. At UW-W, she was named team captain on the Women’s Soccer Team while playing goalkeeper on the field. Jude was named Newcomer of the Year as well as First Team All-Conference in 2022. 

    Jude continues to coach soccer through various camps and will also be working as a goalkeeper coach at FC Wisconsin this Fall. She is dedicated to making athletes better by connecting with them to help them unlock their full potential and to help them succeed in competition.

  • Jack Carlson

    Jack graduated from 2020 Neenah high school where he was a standout catcher for the Rockets. He then went on to play collegiate baseball at Benedictine University where he was a two-year starter after overcoming Tommy John Surgery. At Benedictine, Jack found his passion for both coaching and sports performance, earning a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Playing catcher also sharpened his soft skills & confidence in connecting with diverse athletic populations. In 2026, Jack completed his master’s in Kinesiology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he also interned with their Athletic Performance staff. He also completed internship programs with Ethic Sports Performance and Marquette High. 

    Throughout Jack's playing career, he had to overcome many serious injuries that hindered his performance. These obstacles have helped him understand the physical and mental fortitude needed to overcome serious injuries and come out stronger. Jack prioritizes both his knowledge in sports performance and his ability to connect with his athletes to create a dynamic environment where athletes can be pushed to become the best versions of themselves on and off the field.
